50th annual high school J-day to webcast sessions free of charge
MUNCIE, Ind. -- J-Ideas, in conjunction with The Ball State Journalism Workshops office, will be webcasting High School Journalism Day sessions on Friday, April 29th.
"This is a very exciting opportunity," said Workshops director Mark Herron. "J-day has typically been an Indiana event, but now we'll be able to share the day with schools from around the country."
J-Ideas will sponsor a "virtual J-day" room at this year's event. One of the classrooms will be set up with a live Web cam, so that schools who could not attend or may not live in close proximity to Ball State will have the chance to log on to hear and see some of the great topics being held on campus.
